DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — A blind dog stolen by thieves during a home break-in has been reunited with his owner.
Ashley Curlette said someone dropped her 11-year-old Boston terrier, Boomer, off at a Decatur home.
A family contacted Curlette and the pair was able to reunite Monday night.
Curlette told Channel 2 Action News Boomer had not been seen since the break-in at her Tucker home four days prior and she was concerned he would not survive due to health issues.
The thieves also took thousands of dollars worth of jewelry from Curlette’s home.
