Jeffrey the blind pitbull-cross and his brother Jermaine, who acts as Jeffrey’s guide dog, have found a loving new home, together.

These eight month old puppies were resuced from the streets of Philadelphia by Operation Ava, a no kill rescue organisation and were featured on FOX29’s “Good Day” show (see more on myfoxphilly.com) a few weeks ago. Operation Ava were inundated with offers of adoption after a picture of them hugging each other whilst they were sleeping was posted on the Chester County SPCA website on 15th November. Inquiries came in from all over the world, but the lucky duo are bound for Springfield, Delaware County with their proud new adoptive parents.
